Shipping Options
We offer two convenient shipping methods to serve our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote areas):
- Standard Shipping ($12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
International Note: Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country. Some remote areas may not be serviceable.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Baby Trend Store purchase. If any item doesn’t meet your expectations, our parent-friendly return process makes it easy to exchange or return.
Return Policy Overview
- Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be in original condition with tags attached
- Options: Free exchanges, full refunds (minus shipping), or store credit
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened Baby Toiletries
- Baby Wipes & Warmers
- Bassinets & Bedside Sleepers (unless defective)
- Crib & Toddler Mattresses (unless defective)
- Breastfeeding accessories (for hygiene reasons)
Simple 3-Step Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return

- Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return
- Your preference (exchange or refund)

Step 2: Package Your Items
Once your return is approved:
- Repackage items in their original packaging with all tags attached
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or return authorization email
- Securely seal the package
Step 3: Ship Your Return
- For defective items: We’ll provide prepaid return shipping labels
- For other returns:
- US Customers: Use the provided FedEx return label
- International Customers: Use a tracked shipping service (we recommend)
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Processing
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
- Timeline: Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Exchange Process
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive the return
- No additional shipping charges for exchanges (continental US only)
- International customers may need to pay shipping differences
