Are your products safe for newborns?
Absolutely! Every product in our store meets or exceeds U.S. safety standards. We personally test many items with our own children and would never sell anything we wouldn’t use ourselves. All materials are non-toxic and baby-friendly.
Do you offer organic baby products?
Yes! We carry a selection of organic options in categories like bedding, towels, and baby toiletries. Look for the “Organic” tag on product pages. As parents ourselves, we prioritize natural materials whenever possible.

Ordering & Account Questions

How do I create an account?
You can create an account during checkout by selecting “Create an Account” after entering your email address. Having an account lets you track orders, save your shipping information, and view order history. We never share your information with third parties.
What payment methods do you accept?

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to get your baby essentials to you ASAP! If you need to modify or cancel your order, please email [email protected] immediately with your order number. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t entered the packing process yet (typically within 4 hours of ordering).

Shipping & Delivery

What are my shipping options?
We offer two convenient shipping options:
  • Standard Shipping ($12.95 flat rate): 10-15 business days via DHL/FedEx with tracking
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50): 15-25 business days via EMS
All orders take 1-2 business days to process before shipping. We recommend Standard Shipping for time-sensitive baby essentials.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide except to some remote areas in Asia. Our Denver-based team personally oversees every international shipment to ensure your baby products arrive safely. International orders may be subject to customs fees in your country.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also log into your account to view tracking details. If you have any concerns about your delivery timeline, our parent-run customer care team is happy to help!
What if my baby essentials arrive damaged?
We pack all items with the same care we use for our own children’s belongings. In the rare case of damage during transit, please email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund immediately.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We stand behind every product we sell. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return items in their original condition within 15 days of delivery for a refund (minus original shipping costs). Please contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return.
How long do refunds take to process?
Once we receive your returned items, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days depending on your payment provider.
Do you offer exchanges?
Currently, we don’t offer direct exchanges. For fastest service, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item while returning the original purchase under our standard return policy.

Combine multiple essentials in one order (like baby toiletries, towels, and food prep items) to reach the $50 minimum for free shipping. Many parents use our store to build their baby registry essentials while saving on delivery costs.
How early should I order before my due date?
We recommend ordering nursery essentials (like cribs and bedding) at least 4-6 weeks before your due date. For time-sensitive last-minute needs, choose our Standard Shipping option. Remember – our parent-run customer care team can help prioritize urgent orders if needed!
